Would you be upset if your boyfriend/girlfriend did this to someone they work with?? 10 POINTS BEST, QUICKLY!

A married man constantly flirts with a married, younger woman at work who’s very attractive. He stares (even in front of both their spouses), glances when she’s not looking, makes a point to watch her and try to say hi when she’s just walking by, has made comments about how “pure” and sweet she is, etc. He knows she is also pregnant (and so is his wife.)

One day, he comes over to her desk to drop something off and starts telling her about how he has to go home b/c his child is sick... he looks disappointed and says his wife has to work and he doesn't want his parents to watch the kids, even though they usually do that day of the week...

He goes into a lot of detail that she never asked for (she didn't even ask why he was leaving early), going on and on about why he has to leave.

He's a director and she's an entry-level employee... Why did he do that??Would you be upset if your boyfriend/girlfriend did this to someone they work with?? 10 POINTS BEST, QUICKLY!
2 possibilities..1-he uses her to vent, or to forget his problems, or 2-it's really his baby she's carrying...and he likes it, loves it, wants more of it.Would you be upset if your boyfriend/girlfriend did this to someone they work with?? 10 POINTS BEST, QUICKLY!
The entry level employee needs to ignore the director and if you are feeling uncomfortable you need simply tell the director that sharing so much about his personal life is unnecassry and an intrusion on your work duties and you would like to be able to concentrate on your work. If he keeps it up, consider going to higher authority.

Don't let the situation get out of control.
