Some girls don't flirt that much and they like it when you flirt with them. Like me I don't flirt with my boyfriend but he does it all the time with me and I'm sure that he wants me to flirt but I don't want to, makes me feel uncomfortable and I like it when people compliment me but I don't like to compliment them but not because I'm rude it's just that I don't feel that comfortable with it.

well, you could talk to her and tell her how you feel. women respond best to that. Or, if you get desperate, flirt with other girls around her that she will see flirting back at you. maybe she will get the hint.
