How to ask someone to be your girlfriend?

Ok so, there's this girl in one of my classes at school that I like. I didn't really talk to her at first but then later I started talking to her and I became more interested in her. I always give her hugs, flirt with her at times, and talk to her a lot online. Pretty much everyone in my class knows I like her but I deny it anyways. I'm not sure if she likes me but for some reason I think she does. I want to ask her out but the problem is, I've never asked a girl out before. I have no problem being around girls and giving hugs to them but when it comes to relationships, I don't know what to do. I really want this girl to be my first girlfriend. So I'm wondering for those of you who've had relationships with someone before if you could help me out. What should I do if she says yes, or what if she says no? Btw I'm 15, yea kind of young but this has been on my mind for a while and I really need help.How to ask someone to be your girlfriend?

okay just tell her%26gt;%26gt;%26gt;%26gt; (her name) i've been interested in you for a while now...i dont know if you have noticed that....but i would love to take you out some times and get to know you more...if thats okay with you??.....if she says yes than you know she feels the same way you do and you are set....buuuut if she says no!...than dont worry about it, just stay friends with her!
